Well ... I think it's from KV9-Ramses V and VI, and I found this:
"Imydwat, sixth hour, scene 9, figures 458-459: corpse of Kheperi surrounded by protective five-headed serpent named "Many Faces;" Greek visitors' graffiti (Baillet, 1702-1704, 1714)."
The somewhat opaque reference is to MIFAO 42,1 Baillet, Jules - Inscriptions grecques et latines des tombeaux des rois ou syringes à Thèbes (1926) - 3 vols (and it seems to be vol. 3 you would want, which ... isn't available on the Web Archive).
