The first quote comes from pgs 3-4 of Waggy's Minor Pyrs. Pt 2; bib. is on pg. 189. (Some of those authors might be listed here: [www.gizapyramids.org] ; or here: [giza.fas.harvard.edu]. See also this: [giza.fas.harvard.edu])
