The image comes from pg. 86 of "Layman's Khafre," which then states:

I'm afraid, though, after all that, that I can't answer your question. I think that first hieroglyph (like a chair-back) might be "Inspector" ... but I couldn't say for sure. (I had a look at Roth, [
oi.uchicago.edu], 10-17, which might be helpful ... ).
