Hi Keith, yet another excellent guide!

Just a remark about the Surface Luminescence dating; the sandstone samples do indeed point to reign of Seti I, but the granite samples (of the central pillars IIRC) point to the early Middle Kingdom. Not to the Old Kingdom as some Egyptologists suggested because of simmilarities with the Sphinx and Valley Temple of Khafre, but it still means that Seti I has incorporated an earlier structure in his building plans.
