The Nsude "pyramids" are round, not square. They are built of mud, not stone. They are village shrines, not royal funerary monuments. They have a maximum circumference of 60 feet, not a footprint of 358x410 feet. They are undated, but are unlikely to be more than a few hundred years old, and most likely not much older than a century. Their only resemblance to Saqqara is that they are built in layers. No, I don't think you can reasonably point to the Nsude "pyramids" as having anything at all to do with Ancient Egypt.
