AFAIK none have explained what happened in the few short years between building the Queen then the kings chamber!

If we are to accept that the Queens was a backup until the Kings was finished then the Queens shaft should be at the same angles as the Kings shaft. They are not!

So something radical must have changed in the Kings belief system to completely change which stars he would link to.

Lets say he died before the GG, Kings chamber and shafts where in place. He would be screwed so the speak no Thuban or Orion Belt.
