These look like semi-precious stones rather than coins - looks like a mixed bag as well, so difficult to establish anything from that photo. Using biblical texts and timelines is also problematic.

Based on my research into weights and measures, there is, nevertheless, some reason to agree that the New Kingdom Egyptians essentially had monetary systems, but not quite in the standardised way later developed in the phoenician-greek Archaic world around about 600 B.C.
