The two short videos show a very small modern two storey structure being constructed entirely from the inside as it goes up. No external scaffolding was used at all.

I checked at the library today and there was no follow up or response to the article in later issues of JEA. Perhaps the fact that it was either during or immediately after the war and the issues themselves were much reduced didn't help.
