Further to the above Petrie gives the distances for G1 to G3 as 29102" N/S and 22616" N/E and an angle of 37° 51' 6".

Checking on my programme I get 37.8518° converting to minutes and seconds that agrees with Petrie.

29112" on your drawing is wrong as far as I can see.
