The best source of this information is "La Chambre de Chéops" by Gilles Dormion. He has detailed drawings of the passage with much more detail than M&R.

There are also drawings covering similar ground in "La Grande Pyramide de Khéops" by Jacques Bardot & Francine Darmon but without the measurements so not as much use.
