I wonder if it is known if every Old, Middle and New Kingdom-pyramid, without exception, carried a pyramidion (benbenet), which actually is the ultimate representation of Ancient Egyptian mythology/culture/religion in playing the role of the apex of the primordial mound.

Is it known whether the archaic Saqqara-steppyramid also had a benbenet ?
