Was curious if anyone saw the NatGeo show tonight on Tutankhamen with the current Lord Carnavon? Personally I found the part of the show concerning Tut's clothing to be of the most interest. We had discussions here in the past concerning the body shape of the Amarna era men the lady who was the clothing expert on the show stated that the evidence from the clothes show that Tut had a 31" chest but 40" hips. That is *quite* a pear shape!

There were actually two shows on tonight concerning Amarna, the first was the show with the current Lord Carnavon. The second was a discussion of the currently known 18th dynasty remains and which bodies were who (I'm sure there a better way to put that). The body in KV55 was identified as Akhenaten, through the whole thing I *never* heard Smenkhkare mentioned as a possiblity.

In the first show it said that Tut *didn't* have a curved spine ... in the second it said he did!
