This scene is famous as it was one of the first to be copied and published in the West. The early copies were very inaccurate though and used a lot of poetic licence. The scene today has suffered badly from all the attention over the years and is now difficult to make out.
It's only one small scene (of two harpists) in the tomb of Ramesses III so calling it the "Hall of the Harps" is a bit over the top as it's in a small anti-chamber.
