Hello Don,

Don't know if this will be of any help to you but the distance between the base of the Pyramid and the Enclosure wall was probably intended to be 20 royal cubits less 0.54 royal cubits = 19.46 royal cubits = 401.5" = 10.198 metres.

The subtraction (and addition) of 0.54 royal cubits from a starting measurement occurs several times in the Pyramid's internal design.
