Thanks, both of you. I was rather thinking of this "hacking" thing of being one part of the SoC ceremonties, but looking at the stone, I quickly realised that it can't be. In some texts the "hacking of the ground" is a means of worship of certain gods, I don't know if this includes building something on the hacked ground or not.
Then again, the "hacking" can be identified with raiding. There are texts telling about Snefru "hacking up" Kush and bringing home slaves and cattle.

Still, I don't think it means destroying a city. But I don't see this as founding a city or a temple either. On the other hand, this may be a name of a domain
