I heartily agree with the concept that Dynasty V was a direct result of Dynasty IV religious evolution.
However, I don't really put Unas in Dynasty V, though... he's just nicked in at the tail end. The nomenclature alone shows a shifting at that point (Menkauhor being the first "slip", and then a complete end to the -Re suffix).
