Hi Greg -

I've done a quick perusal of the pages in question and find no mention of the Niankhkhnum-Khnumhotep issue at all. Of most pertinent importance to your query would be a roughly 2.75 page exegesis on the so-called "homosexuality" of Smenkhkare from some uninscribed reliefs, which, of course, turns out is not Smenkhkare, but a female regent with Akhenaten. This leads eventually to the Ankhkheperure/t question as well.

A review of the index shows no mention of 'Niankhkhnum' or 'Khnumhotep' within the body of the book, it appears.

HTH.
