On my Tartarus theory... I have previously discussed that mythology is not scientific, and rationalizing/interpreting mythology is not scientific.

As previously discussed, the research of Bietak seems to point to a minoan colony around Avaris (Nome of Tharu), after the time of Hatshepsut(he initially chose Ahmose, and then moved up the time frame).

So the Greeks supposedly lived in this Area, and a mythical Greek city in the "Underworld", Tartarus, kind of sounds like this place, where they had a big jail.

Tartarus supposedly had Bronze walls. Before this "fort" was found... I previously stated these would probably be "jail bars", and not the outside walls. I have no idea if they will find any bronze bars.
