Hi,

I call the triangular aprons 'Pyramid Pants'. They were worn by upper level administrators and even kings (such as Tut). In the more detailed illustrations, there is a twin-cobra ladder spanning from the base of the 'pyramid' to the apex, where the two heads of the snakes are at the waistline.

It would be very interesting imo to find out more about what was behind the design of this rather odd apron.
