I've been in that tomb, and I have pictures at home I can post later that show the image of the woman holding the flowers (I'm pretty sure that is what she's doing, anyway). The guides kept trying to tell me it was Meritaten, daughter of Akhenaten.


It is definitely the one to which Doug M links below. I recognize the entrance and mudbrick. I think I even have a close up of the stela by the door.

Now, they weren't done with the excavations back then (they did have a skull they had found, but it was from a later burial... I have pics of that, too). Maybe they've finally finished?

And yes, I took those pics in December of 2001.
