I attended the igs a few times and the atmosphere definitelty electric, from the opening "Welcome, welcome" speech, to the closing "goodbye, goodbye." It's even more thrilling than the old "worm Runner's Digest" or the "Journal of Irreproducible Results."When you can get a bunch of gen-u-ine Nobel recipients to show up for something like this, who dares say scientists have no sense of humor. Would it be too schocking to suggest a nominee for next year? grinning smiley
