Well, the Hilton family are the multi-millionaires here. It's unlikely that they would make a significant financial blunder considering their success rate. People, particuliarly the very wealthy, do want to go to unusual places for holidays. I seem to recall an underwater hotel also being built or in the planning stages, too. It will happen.
