The powers-that-be here in Arizona finally noticed the existence of this technology. The huge desert regions in the Mogollan plateau are being considered. I'm not betting on it. Our government is so feckless that if the idea ever makes it past the Legislature, it will go to the highest bidder. Then the job will be badly bungled, the contractor will abscond with all the funds, the job will cost four times the projected amount and won't work anyway. It's the Arizona way of doing things!
