Yeah, I've heard that loose tea is better for you than bagged. But for me it's such a pain in the butt to make, so I use the little bags. So sue me.. heehee.

I do a lot of shopping at Whole Foods, and they have all kinds of teas, including Asian. I'll check out the Japanese brands next time I'm there. What a name.. Tsunami!
