My husband and I were discussing new technologies to protect children--one of them being GPS tracking, just as what is used on pets. Right now, it's being used by the elite but I wonder how much longer it will be before all of our children are "tagged". Outside of possible political repercussions, wow what a deterrent that tracking would be to abducting children...
