Well, its a sad day for an old icon of British industry,

Sad days for the workers who will be looking for new jobs, but poor old Rover has been sick for many years.

My first 2 cars were MG/rovers, also my family only bought rovers for decades, and they did build some superb cars, most famously the original mini.

I quite liked the StreetWise model, the 75 hatch was pretty classy, but the other models were getting very dated.
