Well, I am not exactly sure on your usage of the term "evolved"! But, changes do take place within time-space and you simply just cannot deny that!

Well, they are NOT meaningless terms to me! To me, today's organizations under a collective state of consciousness do not seem very well structured and a LOT more chaotic! Some old civilizations were able to LAST for a very long time in terms of stability!
I will be surprised to see if any of our present states of organization will be able to last much longer!
To me, it looks literally impossible to continue to sustain and scale our present socio-economic debt based system in a stable manner...Common reality (the intersection of multiple group realities) is at an all time high in terms of conflict!
For example, the USA state or organization, the most recent one in modern times, is only 200+ years old! This is a very small amount of time when compared to the thousands of years of stability of prior civilization.
Even the old British empire is no longer what it used to be after the Roman empire fell! This is also why, this stuff is NOT meaningless to me!!!
