Hello. I want to know if any of you would recommend free or cheap hosting servers such as Tripod and angelfire for someone who really doesn't know what he's doing and is using an unstable operating system like ME. Also i need to know how to get started in terms of finding a reliable host and accessing it for the very first time. thx
