No one actually reads these things, so far as I know. I tried once, but I was afraid I shouldn't drive or operate heavy machinery after that soporific an experience. Besides, You've bought the software and are on the verge of installing it before you even have the license agreement flash up on your screen. If you want to use the software at all, you must click "I agree," or the damned thing won't install. What's more, once you've opened the box and the fatal envelope with the disk sealed inside, you generally can't return it. No wonder everyone I know clicks "I agree" without further ado and gets on with his business.
