There is a carving of an astronaut at the Gothic Cathedral
in Salamanca, Spain as noted in [www.grahamhancock.com]
and [24.57.236.148] .

The "Fiestas Salamanca-Style Spain" at [www.bootsnall.com] ,
stated:

"The new cathedral is a favourite with
visitors as, during recent renovations,
the builders added a few examples of
contemporary popular culture. This has
caused tourist groups to spend hours
searching for the astronaut carved
into the 500-year-old stonework."

And there is [www.osierra.com]

"Although I couldn't find the famous frog,
David showed us the odd astronaut that
conmemorates the landing of the Man on
the Moon in the facade of the cathedral."

Also, look at "A Stroll Through the Historical Center of
Salmanca" at [www.escuelai.com] .
