I just heard estimated Casualty figures are 38000. " Yet again a total failure to prepare and impliment even the most basic building regulations. " Dave theres nothing new in that especially in that part of the world. Bribery is a way of life in that part of the world.

Just like politicians in the US ignoring critical infrastructure spending to blow money on vote getting pork barrel projects like unneeded Stadiums or a swiss skiing chalet in Puerto Rico. or the current and past mayors of NO blowing Federal money slated for the levys into unknown projects.

its the whole we will deal with it when it happens syndrome, but lets get on with making millions game.
