luckily he was literate!!!! One of my uncles is (was? I don't know if he is still there) deaf and mute and can't read or write!!!!!!
Once I lost my voice for a week. (beleive me, it was complete loss)... people around me celebrated it!! Really!! Balan hopes that will come again. Me too want to experience that again.
