I've just heard on BBC radio news that acclaimed Hollywood director, Robert Wise, has died. He was 91.

He has directed some of the great movies to come out of the US, including The Day The Earth Stood Still, The Haunting, West Side Story, The Sound of Music, Star Trek The Motion Picture and many more...
