I'm going to a chiropractor right now, and she said that the curvature, rotation, and degeneration in my spine were compromising nerves and muscles in my back. This is my third week of really fancy tables, adjustments, and exercises. She's a very thoughtful practitioner, and adjusts my treatment when symptoms change. So far so good, though it's been a case of shifting pain and using muscles in a new way, which can hurt on some days until everything becomes balanced and strengthened. Today feels good.
