I always remember watch the last episode 'Blake' (thanks Merc) when I was about 5 and wondering round the garden feeling really sad.

What a series though.

Special effects were dodgy as they come but the stories were great.

If you can track down the trailer to Blakes Junction 7 on the net you will really enjoy it... the even got Peter Tudenham back to do the voice of Orac.
