I was so shocked to see this, Bernard was a wonderful contribution to this forum over the years and besides that someone I could speak to on other matters. I'm not surprised to see requests for donations to the ACLU.

Besides what we saw here, Bernard was passionate about encouraging young minds to study history and the sciences, especially those young minds that often get passed over and ignored.

The world is a dimmer place without him.
