Well: judging from the reviews of the site, I don't think you're going to hear back from them. What's beyond dispute is that somebody, somewhere has stolen property - the credits in the computer site - that were your daughter's property. Beyond that, I have no idea what the legal situation is ... it might possibly be worth giving the Office of Fair Trading a ring to see if they can say anything useful (other people might have complained: in which case they might be making up a file) ... but, unfortunately, your daughter might just have to write the loss off to experience.

There's nothing to stop her, of course, adding a blistering review to the ones already on the review site.
