If u are on excel, choose the cell, or cells, and then click on the wee paintpot which is spilling over on the toolsbar. This is colour fill. If it is on white, nothing will appear, so you must pick your colour by clicking on the wee down arrow to the right of the paintpot first, pick your colour from the chart that appears, and after that every time you click the paintpot that colour will appear.
