This kind of site just proves to me how much of a game it is at a job interview. The person who learns the right answers is more likely to get a second look then those that haven't learned the rules of the game.

At a couple of interviews I just told the person that I cold probably say something that they wanted to hear but that didn't prove I could do the job, only putting me to the test would they know for sure if someone was truly capable of performing! Smartassness, and luck, won out on those two interviews!
