I am going to put an expanded version of my talk, including the parts of the paper that would not fit into the alloted speaking time, on my site. If Kat wants it, a mirror copy can be put on Ma'at as well.

We had a good time overall, although I seem to have picked up some sort of bug. I thought at first the Chinese take out might have got me, but I think now it's a spring cold. I'm on grapefruit and green tea, and throat lozenges.

For me, the best part is the haul of books I managed to get -- noboby told me they were going to be selling all these great books, and some at amazing prices. Second to that is getting to see all the presenters. Although too short, some of the lectures were fascinating. I've learned, and that's always good.
