yesterday I had this biscuit with a "not named yet" curry(?) I prepared... Coriander pesto was lying in the fridge for a long time. I wanted to use it. I had some potatos.. I thought I could make a slightly different style Kuruma... I didn't realise the pesto had vinegar. I smelled it after adding it to the sauce pan, so i had to think of avoiding things that don't go with vinegar, and i had to add things to reduce the vinegar taste... it turned out to be ok. balan loved it (he likes anything if it is different for a change.. so i don't trust his "loved it" thing).. it was nice though.... I ate two/three meals equivalent..
