Kourion is very good It's spilt over several sites though. The "main" site is where the theatre is. From that make sure you do the "walk" - several hundred yards - to see the gladiator mosaics. There's a famous piccie that's in all the guidebooks of half a temple facade; unless things have radically changed it's a very difficult shot to get as there are a pile of radio masts in the background !
