something which has always bothered me about sci-fi is the lack of mention of the word "engineer". Not that i'm promoting my own field of study or anything, but this scientist thing bothers me the most. Engineers are the people who build, run and operate structures, plants, electrical and mechanical systems. I think this will do a lot for the realism, given that there are so many in the profession. Just some advice....
