Well,

I suppose we have generations that think that Cockney really sounds like that...

Personally I'm slightly worried by the fact that, having watched the film again at Christmas, I suddenly found Mary Poppins to be unnervingly attractive.

Is that what the neo-cons were trying to achieve?
