Hi, thx for the insight into Indian history. Unfortunately, I've always had trouble trying to understand it in any detail, simply because it's so complex. Usually the best approach to a particular history is to identify definite political or cultural entities. For India, my knowledge does not go beyond the three better known dynasties of Mauya, Gupta, and Mughal. Then we have the periods of disunity and mongol and muslim invasions which make the situation all the more complex. Could you point me in the right direction, say a decent site or something?
