The great pyramids at Giza are undeniably the apex of Egyptian pyramid building. Eventoday, the question of how they were built divides Egyptologists. The Giza pyramids werenot the first pyramids to be built in Egypt; and Egyptian architects, stone masons and otherworkers had experience and knowledge from previous pyramids.
