Prof. Danielle Mead Skjelver ( <danielle.skjelver@faculty.umuc.edu> ) at the University of Maryland, writes:

I am writing and editing a textbook and am in need of an
Egyptologist. Of most immediate need is an editor to provide
initial comments on a brief piece on Egyptian Mathematics.
The need will be ongoing, and we need peer reviewers as well.

The textbook is open access, specifically CC-BY, to address
costs for students and to allow faculty maximum flexibility
in tailoring the book to their needs. We are publishing the
web version as we go, with PDF versions close on its heels.
The print versions will come as we complete each of the
four volumes.
