I don't know that those would be proper grounds for rejection of a membership anyway.

Rather than get embroiled in that sort of argument, it's probably better to say that their procedures don't meet the relevant standards. Then they can't argue ... Oh, sorry! They do argue ... but their arguments are so devoid of reason that, by merely opening their mouths, they shoot themselves in the foot.
