Impact hypothesis.

On the last page, the author wrote:

"The article has been removed to be modified to
comply with standards." (April 21, 2012)

It sounds like he has not yet given up on spamming
Wikipedia with self-promotional advertising for his
self-published book as done at [en.wikipedia.org]

Also, there are the author's comments in "Wikipedia:Articles
for deletion/8th coming" at [en.wikipedia.org]
