The moon "relates" to the Pleiades in exactly the same position every 28 days. Every three years, the moon is closest to Earth.
We don't have superquakes every three years. The altitude isn't the same as the altitude of Japan. The moon has an altitude of 66.6 degrees at some point every single night of the year. This same collection of planetary positions has occurred millions of times in the 5 billion year history of Earth. It has occurred at least 80 times since the Bible was compiled.
And finally, Revelation (which was almost left out of the Bible when it was first compiled and which Luther wanted excised from the Protestant Bible (along with the other exocanonical books)) has some very direct references to historic Rome and the reign of Nero.
In 2012, the moon will be farther away from the Earth than it is now, and will still be in the same orbit it's occupied for five billion years. The only difference is that it has been gradually drifting away from Earth ever since it was formed.
Note that in other astrological analyses of earthquakes, the moon's position has (literally) been all over the chart.

Alas, the astrology chart for Peru's 2007 magnitude 8 earthquake is video, but it doesn't show any patterns like the one you suggest.
Giza, 2012, and the position of the moon have no ability to predict a magnitude 8+ earthquake. That's pretty clearly seen in the list of magnitude 8+ earthquakes that have taken place since 1900 (remember there were big ones before this... we didn't have seismometers and a Richter scale back then):
